Writers’ League of Texas Book Sale and Panel Discussion, March 18
Even the Writer’s League of Texas is getting in on SXSW fever! They’ll be holding a Sidewalk Book Sale on March 18 in the WLT parking lot at 611 South Congress, starting at 1 PM and extending to 6:30 PM to get in on the act and take advantage of springtime in Austin.

Additionally, their Third Thursday panel discussion on Building Your Buzz will take place inside (suite 130) at 7 PM, on the same day. The subject is “Establishing Your Online Identity: Building a Web Site and the Importance of Blogging,” and featured panelists include Nettie Hartsock, Jimmy Flannigan and Thomas Umstattd Jr.
UPDATE, 8:31 PM: In addition to the new and used books they’ll have for sale, there will also be a musical performance at the booksale from Austin band The Inheritance (Eastern European-influenced dance music “and more!”) at the WLT book sale. Rock on over Austin!
